🪨 Marble Loom
Gang saws are used to cut large blocks of marble and transform them into slabs of varying thicknesses. This initial stage allows for the efficient use of the block and yields uniform surfaces for subsequent processing.
🏗️ Bridge discs
Bridge saws enable precise cuts on natural stone slabs. They are used to size pieces, prepare special formats, and fabricate custom elements in accordance with the plans and cutting lists for each project.
⚙️ Cutting discs
We have cutting machinery to manufacture tiles, strips, stair treads, skirting boards, and other pieces in various sizes and thicknesses. This equipment ensures precision, consistency, and optimal material utilization.
✨ Polishers
Polishing machines work the marble surface until the desired finish is achieved. Through this process, we obtain polished, glossy, smooth, and uniform surfaces that enhance the stone's color and natural veining.
📏 Calibrating and rectifying machinery
Calibrating makes it possible to equalize the thickness of the pieces, while rectifying adjusts their dimensions and edges. These processes are essential for ensuring precise installation and a uniform final result.
